📦 WEBILT SHIPPING POLICY

At WeBilt, we move with purpose — and that includes getting your order to you fast, safe, and without confusion.


🚚 ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.


📍 SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


💰 SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Free Shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.

Currently, we ship within the United States.


📦 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

⚠️ SHIPPING DELAYS

We do everything we can to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume (especially during launches)

We appreciate your patience — we’re building something worth the wait.


❗ INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at Customerservices@webiltx.com — we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.


📭 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered, WeBilt is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors
  • Contacting the carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider

🔄 DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Customerservices@webiltx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll make it right.
